Fujikura Can't Shake Ford's Suit Over Price-Fixing Plot

Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2014, 5:58 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss Ford Motor Co.’s suit against Japanese auto parts manufacturer Fujikura Ltd. for allegedly conspiring to fix prices and rig bids for wire harness systems, ruling Ford had not merely sued after Fujikura’s guilty plea in 2012.
