Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 2:11 PM EST) -- Biopharmaceutical company NanoViricides Inc. filed a petition Wednesday in New York court to compel financial news site Seeking Alpha to disclose the identity of a contributor who posted an allegedly “defamatory, malicious and libelous” article that drove down NanoViricides' stock last month.
