Law360, New York (March 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal district judge has tossed out a proposed class action against Elan Corp. and its executives brought by investors who claim the Irish company artificially pumped up its stock price by misleading the public about problems connected to its multiple sclerosis drug Tysabri.
