Alleged Facebook Scammer Can't Quash Fraud Indictment

Law360, New York (March 7, 2014, 1:42 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss an indictment against Paul Ceglia, who is charged with falsely alleging that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg contractually owes him a 50 percent stake in the social media giant.
