EBay Lies to Sellers, Meddles With Bids, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, San Francisco (March 12, 2014, 5:21 PM EDT) -- EBay Inc. sellers urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to revive their contract suit accusing the online auction site of meddling with bids and falsely claiming it doesn't come between sellers and buyers, arguing that the lower court was wrong to find that they had misinterpreted eBay's user agreement.
