Deyaar Enters Hospitality Sector With Dubai Project

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Deyaar Development PJSC on Monday announced plans for a massive, two-tower project in Dubai's Business Bay district that will feature both residential and hotel units, marking the Dubai-based property developer's first foray into the hospitality sector.

The project, which is being called "The Atria," will consist of two towers — one featuring hotel apartments and one featuring residential apartments. Financial details were not immediately available on Monday, although Reuters reported that the project will cost about 900 million dirham ($245 million).
