Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A New York appellate court on Thursday approved the retroactive revocation of Empire Zone tax breaks from a real estate holding company that invested in an Ulster County brain injury center, finding it missed its chance to argue that its filings should have been considered alongside a sister entity that operates the business.
