NJ Panel Approves Resolution To Raise Airport Wages

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A piece of legislation urging the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to request and support an increase in the minimum wage for Newark Liberty International Airport workers passed a New Jersey Assembly panel on Monday.

The resolution, sponsored by Assemblyman Joseph Cryan, D-Union, and Assembly Speaker Vincent Prieto, D-Hudson, was approved by the chamber's state and local government committee.
