Clear Channel's Unfair Conduct Proof 'Paltry': Judge

Law360, New York (March 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas court has granted plaintiff Grantley Patent Holdings Ltd.'s motion for summary judgment of no inequitable conduct in a patent suit against Clear Channel Communications Inc., labeling Clear Channel's evidence in support of its inequitable conduct claims “scant” and “paltry.”

Judge Ron Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas signed off Monday on an order granting the plaintiff's motion, saying that the record demonstrated no genuine issue of material fact regarding the inequitable conduct claims.
