Screen Capital's Claims Axed From Bergstein Bankruptcies

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 8:24 PM EDT) -- A California bankruptcy judge last week rejected the claims of Screen Capital International Corp., as well as approximately $3 million in associated legal fees, in the bankruptcies of film financier David Bergstein’s companies.
