Law360, Dallas (March 11, 2014, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Former Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong on Friday took his fight to end an ongoing arbitration with prize insurer SCA Promotions Inc. over millions he earned from the race victories to a Texas appeals court, after a trial judge denied his bid to bring the case to an end.
