Graco Escapes Antitrust Class Action Over Rival Buys

Law360, Los Angeles (March 11, 2014, 8:49 PM EDT) -- A Minneapolis federal judge on Tuesday tossed a putative antitrust class action against Graco Inc. and its distributors that accused the company of buying two rivals in the spray foam equipment market in a plot to rule the market and increase prices.
