'True Detective' Producer Sues Over Ouster From Film

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Prolific Hollywood producer Steven Golin sued production company Lakeshore Entertainment Group on Tuesday, alleging it breached their contract when it booted him from the upcoming Harrison Ford film “Adaline.”

Golin and his Overt Operations Inc. allege that from 2010 to 2013, Lakeshore used his involvement as the film’s producer to attract key directing, acting and crew talent, in addition to including him in marketing materials, before unceremoniously firing him without any cause or entitlement to any credit or compensation.
