Class Actions Clash Over Wal-Mart Prepaid Phone Settlement

Law360, Miami (March 12, 2014, 8:50 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in three putative class actions in California claiming Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and TracFone Wireless Inc. falsely advertised prepaid phone services moved to intervene in a similar suit in Florida federal court on Wednesday, criticizing a proposed settlement in that suit and seeking a stay or dismissal.
