Apple, Samsung Take $930M Patent Row To Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The two technology giants at the center of the smartphone patent wars are taking their cases back to the Federal Circuit, with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. challenging a California federal judge's order of a $930 million damages payment to Apple Inc. and Apple looking to obtain a ban on Samsung's infringing products.
