Tenn. Justices Say Ford Crash Victims Can Add Tortfeasor

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 6:32 PM EDT) -- The Tennessee Supreme Court ruled Friday that a party may be added to a comparative fault lawsuit even after the action might otherwise be time-barred, resolving a dispute in car accident victims' federal case against Ford Motor Co. over product liability and breach of warranty.
