Lockheed, Northrop Co. Secures $96M Contract For Choppers

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2014, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. and Northrop Grumman Corp. have secured a five-year, $96 million contract to support a jointly owned company’s fire control radar system services on a U.K. military Apache helicopter fleet, joint venture and aircraft systems company, Longbow International announced on Wednesday.

The contract, which includes engineering services, integrated logistics support and an in-country repair capability, is part of an overall “Integrated Operational Support” solution for the U.K. Apache AH Mk.1 aircraft.
