NYC Bill Subjects Car Washes To Tough Licensing Hurdles

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 5:30 PM EDT) -- A pay and workers' compensation crackdown on New York City car washes prompted city lawmakers Wednesday to propose tough licensing requirements for the industry including proof of insurance coverage and strong environmental safeguards.
