Boehringer Hit With New Sanctions In Pradaxa MDL

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 6:15 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge ordered Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH on Thursday to reimburse plaintiffs for the offices they rent for European depositions in the multidistrict litigation over the blood thinner Pradaxa, a discovery-related sanction on top of last year's nearly $1 million fine.
