Army Says It Can't Meet Defense Goals Under FY15 Budget

Law360, Washington (March 13, 2014, 4:18 PM EDT) -- U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno warned on Wednesday that the service will not be able to achieve the U.S. Department of Defense's strategic goals under the proposed 2015 budget constraints, saying the agency needs to come up with a new plan for the smaller force.
