US Parks Head Knocks LG's Planned $300M HQ Building

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 6:49 PM EDT) -- The head of the National Park Service last month lobbied the head of the Englewood Cliffs, N.J., planning board in an effort to derail LG Electronics USA’s plans to build a new $300 million headquarters that environmentalists say will ruin a treasured natural landmark.
