Senate Sends Flood Insurance Rate Rollback Bill To Obama

Law360, Washington (March 13, 2014, 6:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Thursday voted strongly in support of a bill to roll back steep rate hikes and other mandated adjustments to the troubled National Flood Insurance Program, sending the legislation along for presidential approval.
