Activists Look To Revive Suit Over $198M Hotel Tax Deal

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 1:31 PM EDT) -- A group of activists on Thursday announced they would appeal the recent dismissal of their state court suit, which proposed to force a ballot vote challenging the tax subsidies promised to a $197.5 million convention center hotel project in Oregon.
