DynCorp Nails $307M Army Aviation Services Contract

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 4:14 PM EDT) -- DynCorp International said Thursday that it has been awarded a potential five-year, $307.1 million contract to provide aviation maintenance work to the U.S. Army in a number of locations around the globe.

Under the contract, Virginia-based DynCorp will provide aviation maintenance services to Army bases in an array of countries, including Germany, South Korea, Egypt and Honduras. The initial contract runs for just one year, but includes four one-year options. In total the contract is valued at $307.1 million.
