Lululemon Investors Slam Bid To Ax Sheer Yoga Pants Suit

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 2:38 PM EDT) -- Investors in Lululemon Athletica Inc. in a New York court on Thursday pushed back against the apparel maker’s attempt to dismiss their shareholder class action accusing the company of concealing problems that led to a recall of yoga pants found to be see-through, saying Lululemon’s rosy statements on product quality were material to investors.
