Pa. Appeals Court Says Deceased Claimants Get Tax Rebate

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 6:18 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court ruled in a class action Friday that estate representatives can claim a property tax rebate for deceased senior citizens who passed away before the next calendar year in which the rebate could be claimed, invalidating portions of a state law.
