NSA Denies Infecting Computers, Posing As Facebook

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The National Security Agency on Thursday denied media reports that it had infected millions of computers with malware and posed as social media websites such as Facebook.

The reaction from the spy agency, which hadn't put out a public statement on its website since November until Thursday, came the same day Facebook Inc. CEO Mark Zuckerberg published a blog post critical of the NSA's spying program.
