Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Friday granted the state’s Council on Affordable Housing until May to adopt new rules for affordable housing, allowing the dormant agency an extension against the dissent of a justice who said the agency has had enough time already.
