Lucchese Cohort Banished From Fraud Trial For Outbursts

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 9:31 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday ejected a reputed associate of the Lucchese crime family from his own trial over the alleged extortionate takeover and subsequent bankruptcy of a Texas mortgage lender, after the defendant made outbursts that were audible to the jury.
