GM Hit With Suit Over Chevy Traverse Airbag Failures

Law360, Los Angeles (March 14, 2014, 9:19 PM EDT) -- General Motors Corp. was hit with a consumer putative class action Friday in Florida federal court, alleging defects in some Chevy Traverse airbag warning lights that the plaintiff claims are especially concerning amid a federal investigation into airbag problems in different cars.
