Dish's Ergen, LightSquared Take Final Swings In Debt Row

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Lawyers for LightSquared Inc. told a bankruptcy judge on Monday that Dish Network Corp. chairman Charlie Ergen’s personal investment history makes clear that his purchase of LightSquared debt was done for the benefit of Dish — not himself — in violation of a credit agreement.
