EBay Did Not Restrict Coin Market, 9th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 7:33 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday refused to revive a putative antitrust class action against eBay Inc. over an alleged scheme to raise prices for certified coins in online auctions, ruling that the plaintiffs had failed to plead plausible conspiracy claims.
