Toyota Acceleration Deal Wins Canadian Courts' Approval

Law360, Los Angeles (March 17, 2014, 9:35 PM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp.’s deal settling Canadian economic loss claims in litigation over sticky gas pedals that forced the recall of millions of its vehicles worldwide has been approved by courts in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan, plaintiffs’ attorneys announced Monday.
