NTSB Finds Leak At NYC Blast Site As Con Ed Faces 1st Suit

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 1:29 PM EDT) -- Federal investigators said Tuesday they have discovered a leak in the gas main beneath two buildings leveled last week in an explosion in New York City’s East Harlem neighborhood, one day after Consolidated Edison was hit with its first lawsuit over the blast that killed at least eight people.
