Media Payroll Co. Takes $31M Tax Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 5:29 PM EDT) -- Media payroll giant Cencast Services LP recently asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a federal appellate court's decision slapping the company with $31 million in back payroll taxes, saying the ruling saddled all media payroll companies with new tax standards that impossibly complicate the business.
