Calif. Appeals Court Partially Reverses RE Bribery Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (March 18, 2014, 8:10 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Monday sided with San Bernardino County in its quest to rout out a real estate bribery scandal that netted its alleged conspirators $102 million from the government, saying the trial court shouldn’t have sustained the conspirators' demurrers on claims they misappropriated public funds.
