Spectra Unit Asks FERC To Approve $971M Pipeline Project

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 6:00 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday said that Algonquin Gas Transmission LLC, a subsidiary of Spectra Energy, has applied for permission to begin work on a $971.6 million project that would include the construction of almost 40 miles of new pipeline across the northeastern U.S.
