LightSquared Director Says Exit Plan Is Fair To Dish Chair

Law360, New York (March 19, 2014, 4:06 PM EDT) -- An independent director of LightSquared Inc. charged with overseeing the company’s efforts to exit bankruptcy said Wednesday that the proposed reorganization plan was not designed to “punish” Dish Network Corp. Chairman Charlie Ergen, who holds about $1 billion of the LightSquared’s debt.
