DOD Finalizes Request For Bids On $6B Intel IT Contract

Law360, Washington (March 19, 2014, 2:46 PM EDT) -- The Defense Intelligence Agency on Tuesday issued a final request for bids on a pending $6 billion information technology services contract, meant to support intelligence-related IT for the military and across several other intelligence services.

The Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise, or E-SITE, contract is an up to five-year procurement — with a single base year and four additional option years — to provide "worldwide coverage" for DIA's IT and technical support services requirements, DIA said in an request for proposal posted to government...
