DOJ Looking Into Senate's CIA Spying Allegations

Law360, New York (March 19, 2014, 3:14 PM EDT) -- The Justice Department is looking into claims that the Central Intelligence Agency removed documents from computers used by Senate staff members investigating the agency’s detention program, but said an official investigation has not yet been launched, according to Wednesday news reports.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was asked about the allegations at a news conference, and said no decision has been made about an investigation.
