Sen. Demands DOD Halt Chinese Raw Material Procurement

Law360, Washington (March 19, 2014, 7:49 PM EDT) -- Sen. John Walsh, D-Mont., on Tuesday demanded that the U.S. Department of Defense stop the procurement of raw materials from China for the manufacture of U.S. military weapons and aircraft, saying it was both a violation of law and a “betrayal” of American businesses.
