Fitness Tech Co. Hit With False Ad Suit For Recalled Tracker

Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2014, 9:07 PM EDT) -- Fitness technology manufacturer Fitbit Inc. was hit with a proposed false advertising class action in California court on Monday by a consumer who says the company misleadingly promoted the Fitbit Force, an “advanced activity tracker” that was recalled after reports of skin irritation.
