NJOY Accused Of Hiding E-Cigs' Health Dangers

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 4:34 PM EDT) -- E-cigarette maker NJOY Inc. allegedly improperly touts the health benefits of its product despite a U.S. Food and Drug Administration report showing that its e-cigarettes contain carcinogens and other chemicals, according to a proposed class action removed to California federal court Wednesday.
