Freeh Can't Lift Stay On Ex-Penn State Chief's Libel Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (March 20, 2014, 4:47 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania judge said Tuesday that he would not reconsider his decision staying ex-Pennsylvania State University chief Graham Spanier’s defamation suit against former FBI head Louis Freeh while Spanier faces related conspiracy charges over his handling of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.
