Wal-Mart, Others Dispensed Expired Meds, FCA Suit Says

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 4:23 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores East LP, Sears Holding Corp. and Rite Aid Corp. dispensed millions of prescription drugs set to expire earlier than listed on the containers and wrongly billed Medicare and Medicaid, according to a former pharmacist's False Claims Act suit unveiled in Maine federal court Thursday.
