Gov't Contractors Better Off Exposing Problems Early

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 9:43 PM EDT) -- While government contractors are often loath to offer up to officials damaging information that could ban the companies from winning new contracts, suspension and debarment officials say they are much more likely to cooperate with contractors that discuss any problems fully and openly.
