FTC Should Probe Disney Sites For COPPA Failures: Group

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 9:29 PM EDT) -- A consumer advocacy group on Thursday stepped up its push for the Federal Trade Commission to probe The Walt Disney Co.'s alleged failure to protect children's online privacy, saying efforts to correct the deficiencies had fallen short and that all of the company's child-directed sites needed to be scrutinized.
