Enviro Groups Press Court To Halt Calif. Highway Project

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 9:53 PM EDT) -- Environmental nonprofits that oppose a plan to widen two highways running along a salmon-filled Northern California river urged a California federal court Wednesday to put the brakes on the project.
