Pa. AG Hires Sprague For Possible Libel Suit Against Inquirer

Law360, Philadelphia (March 21, 2014, 11:52 AM EDT) -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane has retained lawyers from Sprague & Sprague to pursue potential libel claims against the Philadelphia Inquirer, the firm confirmed Friday, after the paper reported that she had opted not to file charges against a group of largely Democratic Philadelphia-area legislators targeted in a public corruption probe started by her predecessors.
