GM Faces Wrongful-Death Suit In Wake Of Recall

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 3:20 PM EDT) -- General Motors Co. was hit Friday with what appears to be the first personal injury lawsuit stemming from its recent recall of 1.6 million vehicles, brought on behalf of two women who died and one who was injured in an accident allegedly caused by the infamous ignition switch defect.
